"As a customer of James, I have always found him to be a very professional personal trainer. He has helped me over the last year to change my body image so that I now feel more confident in myself. I also feel fitter. James devises a work out programme for you which enables you feel challenged without feeling you are overstretched. He varies the exercises and reps as your needs change and can introduce varying amounts of cardio to toning exercises depending on whether you want to burn fat and/or tone up. I have found that James is very aware of the needs of the individual and can tell when you are tired or have had a stressful day and he will be sensitive to what you are capable of achieving on any given session. I have always felt safe that James will not allow me to overdo it. I have never injured myself or felt unduly achy the next day (apart from the very beginning after the first legs session but this would be expected!).
James is flexible with his approach. The length and number of sessions can vary to suit your schedule (or pocket) and always takes a fun and friendly but purposeful approach. His gym equipment is excellent and provides a good variety of different opportunities for training and toning. Overall, I would recommend James to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and/or appearance and needs the added motivation of a personal trainer to keep them on track".

"After two years of having a personal trainer I have seen the changes to my body shape and enjoyed the benefits of having a personal trainer. These changes have been consistent and have progressed at a steady and safe pace.
