Hi my name is James McCamphill.
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. However, in my late 20’s, to put it bluntly, I got fat, un healthy and out of shape!I can’t exactly remember why I let myself become this way but for some reason I lost motivation and focus both of which are vital to achieving anything in life whether it be a successful career or a fantastic physique.
One day, at a business meeting a colleague took me to one side and told me in no uncertain terms that I was Fat!
She reminded me I was the face of my business and that I should give a better impression to potential clients. A little shocked but at the same time impressed with her honesty I took her comments on board.
That afternoon I sorted out my training and my diet and formed a plan to regain control of my body.
In short the plan was to eat more healthy and to undertake a structured training programme, with a clear vision of where I want to be.
I took a “before ” picture at my heaviest and posted it on my facebook fanpage for all to see. This gave me more determination to succeed in changing my physique.
Within two months I had gone from 16 stone to 13.5 stone. 30 days later I lost another half a stone, at the same time gaining muscle, definition and improving my body shape.
I have continued to get stronger and leaner, and to improve my body shape and confidence.
I have now become what I should have been from the start, and I give this as an example of what can be achieved with the right attitude and a bit of dedication.
I have been out of shape myself and so I can easily relate to other people who have lost their way, and help them to get back on track.
