Staying focused and achieving your fitness goals are not always straight forward.
You may get injured, lose hope/motivation, people may try and put you down in order to make themselves feel better about their own health/body shape.
Its easy to give up, it really is but its so much more rewarding to say I did it! I did it!
I achieved my goals and look at me now! The positivity and satisfaction you get from being a winner now matter how small the progression is vary rewarding.
So whether your trying to lose weight. Tone or build muscle/train for a specific event………..DO IT !
